I made this weight loss blog on 13th January 2012, because I'm tired of being fat and sad with myself. I have a wonderful family, I'm madly in love with my boyfriend, love my job and I keep studying, but my body always been my fail. I look in the mirror and I don't like what I see, I want to love myself and feel gorgeous and have the chance to go shopping and find beauty clothes that fit me; Do not fear anymore the beach and shorts; put on dresses and feel like a princess. And this year is my year, I'll do it, I'll loose all this extra weight.
So follow me if you are in the same position, together we can make it and be the princesses of the prom!

JUNE SQUATS CHALLENGE!
Remember, this is for beginners so if you can do more than the suggested amount feel free to multiply the # by 2 or 3 or simply add 10 to every day.
Also, the last day can either be a rest day in preparation for next months challenge or you can use it to do a MAX day! See how many squats you can possibly do in a row :)
