I made this weight loss blog on 13th January 2012, because I'm tired of being fat and sad with myself. I have a wonderful family, I love my job and I keep studying, but my body always been my fail. I look in the mirror and I don't like what I see, I want to love myself and feel gorgeous and have the chance to go shopping and find beauty clothes that fit me; Do not fear anymore the beach and shorts; put on dresses and feel like a princess. And this year is my year, I'll do it, I'll loose all this extra weight.

    Insanity: Fit Test 1

    I’ve decided to try again Insanity, but this time I’m gonna finish it.

    Today I did the Fit Test and I’m tired and sored as hell. I went to the gym 2-3 times a week the last month and I almost die during the test T_T 

    So here we go:

    1. Switch kicks: 39

    2. Power jacks: 46

    3. Power knees: 83 

    4. Power Jumps: 33

    5. Globe jumps: 8

    6. Suicide jumps: 10
