I made this weight loss blog on 13th January 2012, because I'm tired of being fat and sad with myself. I have a wonderful family, I love my job and I keep studying, but my body always been my fail. I look in the mirror and I don't like what I see, I want to love myself and feel gorgeous and have the chance to go shopping and find beauty clothes that fit me; Do not fear anymore the beach and shorts; put on dresses and feel like a princess. And this year is my year, I'll do it, I'll loose all this extra weight.

    Yummy Keto Pancakes
I decided to try this recipe to make a sweet snack in this hot summer.
(I don’t know why my pancakes never look like the ones I see on the recipes…. ¬¬ )
This delicious pancakes only have 64 calories each one, and 1g of carb!
It’s quite easy to make:
- 2 eggs
- 100g of cream cheese (I used the light cream cheese)
- cinnamon
- sweetener 
with this recipe I made 6 pancakes, you only have to mix all the ingredients and cook each side for a few minutes.
 
I’ve added the pancakes on myfitnesspal so If you cook them you can add it easily :-) just search: yummy keto pancakes

    Today I’ve achieved my GW4: 148. I’m so happy and proud of myself, it was hard sometimes but totally worth it!
I took this pictures right now, with my 2 new bikinis ready to wear in 15 days, when I’ll go to Mayan Riviera for the holidays of my life!! 
A year ago, I hated to take pictures of myself in swimsuit, and I must confess that before I started my weight loss journey, I never had a picture of myself at beach or a pool, because I felt ashamed of my body. BUT NOT ANYMORE!! I definitely love my curves, and I have a lot of work to do until I reach my UGW, but I’m enjoying the process :)

    Today I’ve achieved my GW4: 148. I’m so happy and proud of myself, it was hard sometimes but totally worth it!

    GW4: ACHIEVED!!

    The scale today showed: 148!! I can’t believe it! I never thought that I could be under 150, so this is an amazing moment for me :) One year ago, I restarted my weight loss journey at 168, 20 pounds in 1 year!

    Today I calculated my body fat percentage, an the number is: 32%

    not too low, but when I started my weightloss I had a 46%, so I’m very very proud ^^

    This progress pic is the key of my whole journey. When I saw my before picture in January of last year, I couldn’t believe how big I was. My boyfriend (now is ex-bf) took this pic, and I couldn’t believe that he could love a girl like me (sorry, it’s true, I never loved me before, self-confidence=0). And that’s when I decided to change, I started my weight loss plan, healthy meals, exercise… and it was hard as hell. In that time it’s when I joined this wonderful community in tumblr, and you can see: step by step I’m reaching my goals. I NEVER thought I could be under 150. I NEVER thought I would feel comfy in my body. I must say that it’s harder the way of self-love that the weight loss. All my life I’ve been judged by my body: not only by the others, but me everytime. And now I feel better, I feel happier. When my bf left me 5 months ago, trust me that I felt that was because my body: “how could a toned boy like him be with a chubby girl like me?”. That made me cry a lot. But that’s gone. That’s me, I’m starting to love me as I am. 
And all of you, people that follow me, or stopped to make a question and tell me that love my curvy body, you make me proud. A big THANK YOU to all you, you don’t know what that means to me.

    OMG OMG OMG GW3 ACHIEVED!!!

    I’m 151!! 

    I just can’t believe this. GW3 it’s the key, It means that I CAN do this. I’ve never been in this weight since… well, I just can’t remember it! I feel confident, I feel healthy, I feel good. All this feelings are possible thanks to a hard workout, hard determination and a clear goal. And of course, thanks to all the support given in tumblr and the fitblrs! you’re awesome people. I tried so many times to loose weight, but I failed all that times. Only when I started here, to share my progress and see the progress of another people, I thought “IT IS POSSIBLE”. And here I am! with a lot of work to do, I’m in halfway, but more motivated than ever :)

Here you have a before/after ass pic. The diference? 10lb (before 162 and after 152lb) and a lot of exercise, clean eating and cutting the carbs to the lowest. In my case, my body stores ALL the carbs so I reduced them in my meals.
This is not a before/after, it’s more a before/during, because there’s A LOT to do! but I’m happy to see my body changing :)

    This is not a before/after pic, it’s a before/during ass pic. The difference is 10lb, and I see my ass better than before, with less cellulite and toned legs.
I’m HAPPY to see my body changing, I must confess that I thought I never could achieve it, so people, IT’S POSSIBLE. If I could, everybody can :)

Today it’s 18th February, I’m not 150lb, but I almost reached this goal, so I’m happy anyway. I achieved my GW3 during last week!!

waist: 27,5  (70cm)

right leg: 24,4 (62cm)

    So I must reach 149,5lb for 18th February.
